Hi, I'm Olga.
I design and build HR operations systems: HRIS setup, payroll operations, HR process design, and the automation that sits on top of them. Each prototype below takes one recurring HR ops problem and shows how I'd solve it, step by step.
You'll see what ordinary code handles, where an AI model helps, and what stays with a person. Everything runs in your browser on an invented company, Sample Co. You can edit the data and watch the checks re-run.

Each one opens on five tabs: an overview, the data going in, the review as it runs, the findings, and the rules and code underneath.
How I build these
The research behind the four
Before building, I read 276 open HR operations job postings (September 2026) and coded what each one asked for. These four problems came up most often.
About me
I'm a fractional HR operations consultant based in Montreal. Before that, I was Head of HR Operations at Behavox, a fintech AI company. There I owned HR systems and operations across Canada, the US, the UK and APAC.
My work is hands-on: HRIS setup and data, payroll operations, HR process design, and HR automation, including AI workflows built with Claude on top of HR systems.
